Position overview
As Financial Controller you will have an important role in LINK Mobility France.. Reporting to Financial Controller.
Responsibilities:
- Assemble, review and verify invoices and check requests
- Flag and clarify any unusual or questionable invoice items or prices
- Sort, code and match invoices/set invoices up for payment
- Enter and upload invoices into system
- Track expenses and process expense reports
- Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments
- Prepare and perform check runs
- Post transactions to journals, ledgers and other records
- Reconcile accounts payable transactions
- Prepare analysis of accounts by aging
- Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date
- Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and issues
- Maintain vendor files
- Correspond with vendors and respond to inquiries
- Produce monthly reports
- Assist with month end closing
- Provide supporting documentation for audits
- Maintain accurate historical records
- Maintain daily/weekly/monthly traffic/volume reports.
- Responsible for Telecom Operators relationship, monthly reconciliations and follow ups.
- Maintain confidentiality of organizational information
Your Experience:
- Proven working experience as a financial controller/accounts Payable
- 3+ years of overall combined accounting and finance experience
- Working experience in Telecommunication is a must
- General knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
- proficient in data entry and management
- Proficient knowledge of excel, experience with working large datasets
- Excellent accounting software user and administration skills
- Minimum 1 year SAP experience is a must
