Position overview
As Financial Controller you will have an important role in 3 entities Linkmobility S.A, Multiwizz SAS, Inwave SAS with the intention to merge all entities into one survival entity. Reporting to Western Europe Senior Financial Controller
Responsibilities:
- Manage all accounting operations including Billing, A/R, A/P, GL , Cost Accounting and Revenue Recognition
- Coordinate and direct the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and report variances
- Prepare and publish timely monthly financial statements for Link mobility group consolidation
- Coordinate the preparation of regulatory reporting
- Assist with annual Audit
- Research technical accounting issues for compliance
- For the transition period assist external accounting for quality and timely period end closing
- Support month-end and year-end close process
- Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting
- Manage and comply with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings
- Responsible for Maintaining customer data file. In coordination with Country MD/sales director, analyze customer performance and margins. Prepare suggestions for actions to improve customer profitability. Take part in setting prices for important customers and support sales for Tended offers preparation
- Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls
- Develop and coordinate all activities to merge financials and accounting into one entity
- Supporting the operational managers (Sales, Operator and project Managers) for all financial topics
- Additional controller duties as necessary
Your Experience:
- Proven working experience as a Financial Controller
- 8+ years of overall combined accounting and finance experience
- Working experience in Telecommunication is a must
- Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
- Experience with creating financial statements
- Experience with general ledger functions and the month-end/year end close process
- Excellent accounting software user and administration skills
- Significant SAP experience
Your Qualifications:
- Advance degree in Finance/Controlling/accounting
- CPA or CMA or equivalent preferred
